1. Transaction procedure

Dear valued customers,

To allow Snaap Shop to take the orders accurately, kindly read the transaction procedure below carefully.

a. Choice of products

Browse through the products on sale -- Choose the product (size, color and quantity).

b. Make Order

Customers can make orders by filling in the ORDER FORM at our website. An order status email will be sending to you as soon as possible.

c. Processing of orders

We will try our best to process your order within the shortest duration possible. Processing of orders will involve checking whether the details provided is complete and the availability of stock. If there are any doubts, we will contact you to confirm the order details.

d. Payment

Snaap Shop only supports cash deposit to our banking account or online banking. After the order has been processed, we will issue you the invoice. Kindly deposit the total amount to our banking
account and seek confirmation after the deposit. Upon confirmation of payment, we will proceed with delivery. Kindly retain your receipt. In the case where payment is not made within 3 days after the invoice is issued, the order will be canceled. Please provide the following details once payment done :

1) Full Name
2) Contact Number
3) Order Number
4) Amount Deposited
5) Date of Deposited

e. Delivery

~Pre-Order Items

Due to the fact that the apparels are imported from overseas, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your ordered goods to arrive and it’s depended on the stock availability too. Snaap Shop will deliver the goods when the goods have been received. We will inform you the delivery date.

~ Ready Stock Items

Items will be sent out within 3 days after payment is made.

f. Acknowledgment of receive

Kindly confirm received of goods are correct, please notify us as soon as possible

2. Method of Payment

- All payment must be made within 3 days.

- You may transfer the amount due through ATM fund transfer, online banking fund transfer, or bank in through the cash deposit machine.

- I do not accept cheque, money order and bank draft as I can't process payment made through the mail. Sorry for any inconvenience.

- In case there is a bank charges incur, it should be bear by buyer.

- Kindly retain receipt of deposit in case verification of payment is required.


3. Delivery & Shipping Charges

- SHIPPING Item is delivery through courier services.

- Goods delivered within 2 to 3 days.

- Cost of Shipping for West Malaysia : RM 8 (1kg and below)

- Cost of Shipping for East Malaysia : RM 12 (1kg and below)

- Combine shipping is accepted at a flat rate of RM 3 per item.

- Let me know beforehand if you’re interested in combining items.

- Strictly NO COD nor SELF-COLLECT and no MEET-UP.

- Item will be send daily, every Monday to Friday. (Not include Public holidays and Weekend)

- Purchase of RM200 and above, postage discount of RM5.


4. Guidelines to return/exchange of goods purchased

Because this transaction is done online, we does careful inspection to goods orders before delivery. Therefore, we temporarily do not accept return/exchange of goods purchased. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

- Note on quality
The apparels as modeled in our website may have slight differences in terms of color due to lighting in photography. We do not guarantee that the apparels shown in the pictures in the website will have exact resemblance to the actual apparel, as stressed in our website.

- Disclaimer
Any imperfection or minor stains (be it removable or not), imperfection in tailoring, color fading, man-made imperfections, buttons not well-secured, computer monitor display and actual fabric color differences of the apparels sold by Snaap Shop are strictly not exchangeable.

Reminder:
- Snaap Shop does not accept exchange of apparel under any circumstances, including such reasons as (1) dislike the color; (2) color differences; (3) not as attractive as expected; (4) too transparent; (5) fabric too thin; (6) size too big or too small; (7) not comfortable.


5. Terms & Condition

- Goods sold are not refundable / returnable.

- We will not responsible for mistakes made by buyers who provide wrong or incomplete
mailing address, contact information & etc.

- We will not responsible if the parcel lost or damage during delivery.

- Payment has to be made within 3 days after the invoice is issued. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled automatically.

- Please DO NOT order if you do not agree to our Terms & Condition.

- Please read and understand with the terms & conditions applied before purchase.

- We ONLY welcome serious buyers.

为了方便您在 Snaap Shop 时尚购物网能更快更准确的下定单！请务必须详细阅读购物流程。

a、选择商品

浏览商品——选择商品(尺码,顔色和数量)

b、下单

请填写我们网页上的订单表格。我们会尽快回复电邮给您。

c、处理订单

我们尽量在最短的时间内处理您的订单。
处理订单主要包括：检查您的收货人资料是否完整，检查订单中的商品是否缺货，
如有疑问时和客户进行联系，确认订单内容。

d、客户付款

Snaap Shop 目前只支持现金付款，以我们的银行帐户或网上银行服务。
在订单处理完成后，请按照订单的总金额向我们付款。
请在付款后及时通知我们进行确认, 然后我们可以尽快进行发货。请保存您的银行付款收据，所有在三天之内未付款的订单将会自动取消！请说明下列的详情一旦您已经付款完成:

1) 全名
2) 联络电话
3) 订单号码
4) 付款的金额
5) 付款的日期

e、发货

~ 预购
由于商品是从国外订购并有可能遇到缺货问题, 所以需要两至三个星期左右才可以收到您所订购的商品。
当我们收到您所订购的商品后会尽快发货，发货后我们会通知您准备收货。

~ 现货
付款后三天内发货。

f、收货确认

请您在收到商品确认无误后，请尽快通知我们。


2. 付款方式

- 请在发票发出后的三日內付款。否则，该订单将被视作自动取消。

- 您可在ATM转账或由网络银行转账(Online Banking)或是到银行柜台付款 (Cash Deposit) 。

- 我不接受支票，金钱和银行汇票，如我不能透过邮件作出付款的过程。很抱歉对于任何的不便之处。

- 请您保留您的付款收据﹐以在需要時方便查询。

3. 运送费用

- 商品是通过提供速递服务的公司。

- 商品会在2至3天内送到。

- 运送费用为西马 ：RM 8（一公斤及以下）

- 运送费用为东马 ：RM 12（一公斤及以下）

- 合併购买是接受并每一样商品运送费用是 RM3。

- 事先让我知道如果您有兴趣想合併购买。

- 绝对不能愚弄也不能自取并不能面交.

- 商品将会发送在每星期一到星期五。 （不包括公众假期和周末)

- 购买RM200及以上，邮资折扣RM 5。


4. 退/换货原则

因为这是网络销售，为了减少不必要的麻烦我们会在发货前都经过检查以确保商品正常才发货,所以我们暂时不接受商品退换。

- 质量申明：
本站图片可能在拍摄过程中光线的差异或显示器存在的色差，部分商品可能与实物会存在稍微深浅问题。由于显示器图片显示原因，我们无法保证页面所显示商品的颜色与商品实际颜色完全一致，我们将尽力在网页上就此说明。

- 免责声明：
有线头、车工不好、一点点的小污点 (无论洗不洗的掉)、非外表上的污染(內里不算)下水洗过退色、小小的脱线勾针，剪裁画迹、人为造成瑕疵、纽扣不够牢、扣嘴未剪开(請自行剪開)、
电脑显示屏造成的色差等无法控制的原因本公司拒绝退换。

特别提醒：
- 我们一律不接受以(1)颜色不喜欢，(2)色差，(3)没有想象中漂亮，(4)太透明，(5)太薄，(6)太大或太小，(7)穿着不舒服等理由退还哦！

5. 条件

- 出售商品一律概不退还.

- 我们将不负责如果买方提供错误或不完整邮寄地址, 联系信息等。

- 我们将不负责包裹丢失或损坏在运送期间。

- 请在发票发出后的三日內付款。否则，该订单将被视作自动取消。

- 请不要下订单如果您不同意我们的条件。

- 请阅读和理解我们的条件才购买我们的商品。
